I have been practicing real estate in South Florida since 2011 from Fort Lauderdale North to Boynton Beach, Florida. Representing both buyers and sellers, I have built the lion's share of my business through word of mouth and referrals and have often represented my clients in multiple transactions over the years.
Originally from upstate NY (Albany, NY), attending college at The University of Massachusetts at Amhers and living in Washington, DC for more than 25 years, I have had the pleasure to work with many of my colleagues and friends over the years who all decided to make a home (or a part time home) in South Florida.
Prior to living in Florida, I spent 25 years in Washington, DC out of college working for Marriott Corp. Although I did have a license to practice real estate, I spent the majority of my time after the hospitality industry in the Corporate Housing arena working for R & B Realty Group/Oakwood Corporate Housing before starting my own corporate housing company that was ultimately sold. I went on to become a VP for AIMCO heading up their corporate housing division and then created a web based locator service for furnished rentals, Interim Housing Solutions, LLC.
Having the experience to work both in the corporate sector and also for myself, I knew my true calling was always real estate and also running my own business, that requires skills like discipline, organization, communication, problem solving, and negotiating. I pride myself in building rapport with my clients who oftentimes become friends and also my colleagues in the field as I work on our transactions together.
I welcome the opportunity to put my experience to work for you as my next buyer, seller or perhaps an investor,
